It is alleged that the member committed professional misconduct in or around 2021 and/or 2022 in that she:
- contravened the standards of practice of the profession and engaged in disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional conduct by issuing medical exemption letters in relation to vaccines for COVID-19 for up to 393 patients when such an exemption was not indicated and/or appropriate for some or all of the patients and/or without appropriately assessing some or all of the patients; and/or
- charged a fee that is excessive in relation to the service for which it is charged and engaged in disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional conduct by charging up to 198 patients a fee for writing and/or distributing exemption letters in relation to vaccines for COVID-19 that was excessive for the services provided.
