The member was found to have committed professional misconduct in that he:
- contravened the standards of practice of the profession and engaged in disgraceful, dishonourable and unprofessional conduct in around 2017, when he behaved unprofessionally in the workplace by repeatedly discussing with co-workers his personal sexual experiences and making jokes or remarks towards co-workers of a sexual nature; by asking a co-worker why they did not wear a thong to work, telling them that their lipstick would “look good around [his] dick”, telling them, “you’re pleasing me, and you are not in control”, that he had masturbated to them, moaning when the co-worker bent over and approaching his pelvic area to their face while they were bent over, showing them sexually explicit images at the workplace, cornering them, telling them to use the code word and refusing to move away from them when asked; and in around 2011, when he told a co-worker to “slow down, take it easy, swallow, that’s it swallow, you worked hard for it” or words to that effect, while they were drinking.
