The State of California Board of Registered Nursing adopted a Stipulated Settlement in the matter of an Accusation against the member before the Board.
Under the Stipulated Settlement, the member, among other things, agreed to:
- unprofessional conduct, in that her nursing licence was disciplined by the State of Florida Board of Nursing;
- surrender her California Registered Nurse licence; and
- not apply for licensure or petition for reinstatement of a California Registered Nurse licence for 2 years.

The State of Florida Board of Nursing accepted a Settlement Agreement between the Florida Department of Health and the member as a disposition of an Administrative Complaint before the Board.
Under the Settlement Agreement the member agreed to:

Finding Details:
The member was found to have committed professional misconduct in that she:
- contravened a standard of practice of the profession and engaged in dishonourable and unprofessional conduct between October 2015 and June 2016 by advertising her practice using client testimonials and non-verifiable and misleading information on her website, advertising or making reference on her website to products that she uses or sells;
- contravened a standard of practice of the profession, failed to keep records as required and engaged in dishonourable and unprofessional conduct from 2012 to 2015 by failing to document orders for the administration of a substance by injection;
- engaged in dishonourable and unprofessional conduct in September 2014 by subleasing a portion of her business premises for the purposes of enabling an individual to carry out the controlled act of administering substances by injection, without taking adequate steps to verify that the individual was authorised to administer substances by injection; and
- contravened a provision or regulation of the Nursing Act, 1991 and the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991, by performing the controlled acts of administering a substance by injection without authorization and selling a drug without authorization.

The Discipline Committee ordered that the member’s certificate of registration be suspended for three months; required the member to appear before the panel to be reprimanded; and imposed the following terms, conditions and limitations on the member’s certificate of registration:
- Must successfully complete specified remedial activities
- Must inform employer(s) of results of discipline hearing
- Must inform College of all nursing employer(s) for a period of time
- Employer(s) to provide specified reports to College for a period of time
